Loading the sample restaurant in Retail now works on every workspace
Previously the first-run "Load Demo Restaurant" button could fail with no explanation once another workspace had already loaded it.

Previously the first-run "Load Demo Restaurant" button could fail with no explanation once another workspace had already loaded it. The sample venue is also created unpublished, so its ordering page is never public until you choose to publish it, and if setup does fail you now get a clear message with a retry.
