Stars and count badges in the inbox are bigger and easier to tap. In the image viewer the buttons no longer sit on the navigation bar. Signature previews fit the screen, and late in the evening the snooze picker no longer offers a "Later today" time that falls tomorrow. Pressing Enter in the search From field applies the filter, and the Mail Admin title stays clear of the status bar when you scroll.
