A rule you create from your Mail settings, a preset, "block sender" or "auto-archive emails like this" now applies to the mailbox you are in, not to everyone in the workspace. Applying a rule to the whole workspace is a clearly labelled choice for workspace owners and admins only, and those rules are listed in everyone's Mail settings as set by an admin. When a rule or the AI tidy-up moves an email to Archive, Spam, Trash or a folder, the email and its row in the list now say which rule filed it, with Undo and a link to the rule.
