Automatic sharing after a recorded meeting had been failing silently, so attendees never got access to the notes and were never told they existed. New meetings are already fixed; this restores access for the meetings that were missed, so those recordings now appear in each attendee's meetings list. To avoid a flood of alerts about meetings people have moved on from, only notes from the last week send a notification. Everything older is restored quietly.
