They get the notification in the app and an email, subject to workspace and personal email settings, instead of the mention quietly going nowhere.

They get the notification in the app and an email, subject to workspace and personal email settings, instead of the mention quietly going nowhere. Opening a ticket from the VIP queue now also updates the address bar, so the link can be copied and shared and reopens the same ticket.
