Imported invoices and bills keep their tax rate, amounts paid and owing, and the date they were paid, so nothing reads as $0 due or shows paid bills as money owed; voided Xero invoices now land as void instead of a status the app ignored. Transfers between your own bank accounts no longer inflate income or expenses, deleted Xero transactions are no longer imported, archived contacts come across with their invoices, and organisation names are no longer split in two. Re-running a migration respects the switches you chose: with overwrite off your hand edits are kept and a second run changes nothing, and accounts named like Automo's built-ins (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Retained Earnings, Rounding) link to the built-ins instead of failing or duplicating. Records previously filed under the wrong legal entity are re-filed under the right one. The same fix repairs the QuickBooks and MYOB account import, which failed on the same column mismatch.
