If the same action comes up twice while Mo is working on your request — a meeting, a booking, a message — it tells you it is already done instead of doing it again, and an approval can never run its action a second time, no matter how often it is confirmed, retried or redelivered. An attempt that crashed holds nothing, so you can simply ask again.
