Booking updates such as a payment received or a trip confirmed, and messages from our support team, now reach Mo's memory of your chat, with the time they were sent. Mo no longer asks you to pay for a booking that is already paid, and it understands your answer to a support agent's question. If nobody from support picked up your request in time, Mo tells you, and a later reply from the team still reaches you.
