Signing up and setting up a new workspace now creates the starter knowledge-base pages as intended. Until now those pages silently failed to appear, leaving new teams with an empty knowledge base and no indication anything had gone wrong. Existing sharing and permissions are unchanged: people see and edit exactly what they could before.
