No more flash of the wrong theme when an internal page reloads
The New Tab page and other built-in pages now pick up your light or dark choice before they draw, so reloading one no longer flashes the other theme first.

The New Tab page and other built-in pages now pick up your light or dark choice before they draw, so reloading one no longer flashes the other theme first. Their consoles also stop reporting a blocked script.

- Phone passkeys on Windows work where Windows supports them
- The sidebar is now yours to arrange
