If nobody in your workspace has an employee record yet, the One-on-Ones page now explains that one-on-ones run between an employee and their manager.

If nobody in your workspace has an employee record yet, the One-on-Ones page now explains that one-on-ones run between an employee and their manager. HR admins get a button to add an employee, plus a one-click import of existing workspace members. A search that matches nobody now says so, so it is no longer confused with an empty team.
