Your setup progress now comes from a single model, so the "Get started" card on Home and "Setup health" in workspace settings always show the same percentage and the same next step. Home shows the steps that get you value fast, settings shows the configuration steps, nothing is counted twice, and anything you already finished during onboarding now counts as done everywhere.
