Settings items that need a paid plan carry a small lock and "Paid plan" label in the sidebar, and the "Create a key" button on API Keys shows the same lock instead of looking available and then opening an upgrade screen. The upgrade screen for API access now explains what it actually unlocks in business terms rather than design-era wording, and onboarding no longer implies every advanced feature is free.
