Numbers are split at the real country calling code and grouped the way that country writes them, so a Danish number shows as +45 60 34 76 26 instead of a broken split. Outbound calls that nobody answered are no longer labelled "Escalated": they now show "No Answer" or "Busy", including in existing history, and "Escalated" is kept for calls the AI actually handed to a person.
