The Position tool is now Transform, with Move, Size and Rotate tabs, nudge or align an element, resize it from any side or corner in 1% or 10% steps, and rotate it in 1° or 15° steps or with a snapping slider. A small readout beside the element shows the live values while you adjust, and Reset puts it back where it started.
