Fully diluted shows issued shares plus granted options and the reserved option pool, instead of every share class's internal allocation ceiling, so a new entity with no shareholders shows an empty cap table with an "Add stakeholder" step instead of "1,000,000 fully diluted" at 100%. Exit waterfalls pay out on the same basis, and "Share price" now says "No valuation yet" until a valuation exists instead of showing the par value.
