Picking a request type such as Equipment or Expense now opens the request form right on My Requests instead of sending you to a Workflows page your role may not have. HR Admins, Billing Admins and custom roles can raise and track their own requests again, and the "Add a request type" shortcut only shows to people who can manage request types.
