The Claude and ChatGPT pages no longer list your workspace's built-in assistant calls, the ChatGPT page no longer describes itself as Claude, and a connector nobody has used now says nothing has happened yet. Each entry reads as a plain action (for example "Sent a chat message") with the technical tool id underneath, and says whether it came via the assistant, an API token, or development.
