the picker is the shared searchable customer/supplier combobox (so it finds people and companies even in large workspaces, with an inline "add new"), Record stays disabled until one is chosen, and receipts can no longer be saved against nobody. Receipt dates follow the workspace's own timezone and currency, and payment dates are shown in your date format instead of raw.
