Sales orders now show the date you picked
The Sales Orders list no longer shows an order a day early for people west of UTC, and the order page shows a formatted date instead of a raw one.

The Sales Orders list no longer shows an order a day early for people west of UTC, and the order page shows a formatted date instead of a raw one. New order lines in Australian (and other GST/VAT) workspaces now start on the standard sales tax instead of "No tax", and invoices generated from a sales order are labelled "From SO-…" in Invoicing rather than "Manual".
