The Staff list now has its own Contract column with a compact status (Not sent, Sent · 3d, Viewed, Signed, Declined, Expired), full details on hover and a one-click Resend right next to it. You can filter to everyone awaiting signature or overdue, sort by how long they have waited, send reminders to several people at once, and hide the column if you don't need it.
