Clicking "Send now" on an event invitation opens a confirmation that shows how many households will receive it, or explains why nobody would, instead of silently doing nothing in some browsers. Guests who have been added but not yet messaged now show "Not sent yet", and the Invitations tab recognises when your guest list is ready.
