When a company has no stakeholders yet, Add shareholder opens a picker where you can pick a teammate or add someone new by name, email and type, then issue their shares right away. The stakeholder dropdown also gains a pinned "+ Add new stakeholder" option, and empty lists now explain what to do instead of showing a blank menu.
