the blue plus button is a neat 30px circle, and every glyph sits on the same 18px grid. The notification bell keeps its unread count, now small enough not to cover the bell itself. Colours are unchanged: crimson mail, teal calendar and blue chat in light mode, brighter stops in dark mode.
