and let automations text your leads You can now start a new text from the Texting inbox by searching a contact or typing any mobile number the way you normally write it, and the reply comes back to the same conversation. There's also a Set up WhatsApp shortcut right in Texting. Automation text steps now send from your own business number and appear in the inbox, and there are three new starter automations you can switch on: text new enquiries within a minute, text back missed calls, and follow up after a call your AI receptionist answered. Enquiry emails from listing portals like realestate.com.au, Domain, Rightmove and Zoopla are now read correctly, so the person enquiring becomes the lead instead of the portal.
