Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play now show the correct plan straight away. Some customers with a valid subscription were still being asked to subscribe again, because part of the billing record was not being updated when the purchase went through. The plan, its status and its renewal date are now always saved together, and existing accounts in that state have been corrected. Customers paying by card are unaffected.
