The AI Team org chart now shows who is working, who is off and what they are
Members who report to an AI manager appear under that manager, grouped by their own department.

Members who report to an AI manager appear under that manager, grouped by their own department. Everyone on your team is shown, and each member has Watch and Pause or Resume buttons right in the chart. Sales reps outside their working hours now show as Off hours. Watching a member now also shows the web chats it is answering, so you can take over or hand back, and the emails it has written and is waiting to send, with a shortcut to review, edit and send them.
