Messages from an alphanumeric sender ID (like "TEAMBET") or a short code, and bulk sends that tell you to reply STOP or follow an unsubscribe link, are still saved and shown in the inbox, tagged as spam with the reason, but no AI reply is written or sent. They are not queued as work for a teammate. Anyone texting from a real number is answered exactly as before, including customers asking how to unsubscribe or opt out.
