The Blocks panel in the website editor no longer shows two groups both called "Forms": the individual form field blocks (Input, Select, Checkbox and so on) now sit under their own "Form Fields" heading. Template search now matches category names too, so searching "starter" finds all five Starter Kits, and "commerce" or "legal" show every template in those categories instead of only the ones with the word in their title.
