The Claude connector's universal search now also looks through support tickets, tasks, meeting recordings, mail and Automo Connect campaigns, so a broad question gets answered from the right part of the workspace instead of only files and documents. Each surface still follows its own permissions: something the connection can't reach is skipped and reported rather than silently missing, mail and meeting transcripts remain limited to personal connections, and campaign search says so when it has only covered the most recent briefs.
