The "waiting to be activated" alert lists each person with their contract state, such as sent and awaiting their signature, opened but not signed, or signing link expired, and offers the fix right there: resend the contract, activate them, or update missing details. Recently added shows the same state and a resend button, so chasing an unsigned contract no longer means digging through the Staff list.
