Before an AI team member calls, it now knows who on your team has been in touch with the person (record owners, people on logged calls, emails and meetings, with dates) and what the research found. It also gets what you sell and your team rules, so it can answer "who did I speak with?" by name and recognise your former product names. When the record has no such detail it says so honestly instead of guessing, and it agrees one clear next step instead of repeating the same offer.
