The photo editor's right panel is now a real dock
Properties, Adjustments, Color and Brushes sit in a top group, Layers, Channels and Pages in a bottom one, and you can drag the divider between the two.

Properties, Adjustments, Color and Brushes sit in a top group, Layers, Channels and Pages in a bottom one, and you can drag the divider between the two. Your tabs and the split are remembered per account, the Layout button's options moved into Properties, and each tool's options panel now opens in Properties while you use that tool.
