The steps Mo shows while it works now sit together in one neat outlined block
The step in progress has a small spinner, a finished step gets a green tick that draws itself on, and steps still to come are greyed out with a small dot.

The step in progress has a small spinner, a finished step gets a green tick that draws itself on, and steps still to come are greyed out with a small dot. When Mo is done, the steps fold into a single "3 steps" line with a tick that you can open again. With reduced motion on, nothing spins or draws; each step's state is still read out in words.
