Hours totals on Reports, Billable Split, Manual hours, Productivity Scores, Hours vs Contract and the Utilisation tab all count the same thing: entries a manager has held or refuted are excluded everywhere, and a running timer counts the time it has actually accrued instead of zero. The Utilisation tab now reports the current month rather than every entry ever recorded, and utilisation everywhere is logged hours against expected hours so far in the period, so people no longer all show 100%, and nobody is flagged as under-worked simply because the week is not over yet.
