Safety automations can now cover the work people actually want automated

Safety previously offered two triggers and two actions, and the two actions never did anything when a flow ran. You can now start a flow from a failed inspection (including which question failed, the answer given and its photo), an overdue or missed inspection, a corrective action being created, assigned, completed, overdue or waiting on verification, an incident changing status or being marked notifiable, and training, licences or vendor certificates expiring or having expired. Flows can raise a corrective action (optionally as a task on a project too), log an incident, create an inspection from a template for a site and assignee, and change a site's status, alongside the existing SMS, call, chat, notification, email, task and ticket steps. Five ready-made recipes ship switched off, including critical fail, high-severity incident, and action overdue by two days.
