Weekly marketing plans now retry when the AI takes too long
If writing the weekly marketing plan timed out, the whole week was marked "Could not finish" and no plan was written.

If writing the weekly marketing plan timed out, the whole week was marked "Could not finish" and no plan was written. The AI Team now waits longer for a plan and tries again automatically later the same week, and only shows "Could not finish" if every try fails.
