Grant agreements write their tax section for the grantee's country (for example Australian ESS rules instead of Singapore ones) and name the employing entity instead of assuming the issuing company, with a plain-language note in the wizard. Both fields pre-fill from the employee record, nothing about today's flow is removed, and if saving them fails you are told instead of it failing silently.
