Connect Google Calendar, Outlook/Teams or Zoom and the Automo notetaker turns up to your scheduled online meetings automatically, records them and files the notes and recordings — no switches to hunt for, and uploads happen on their own when the call ends. A per-calendar control on the Auto-record settings and a prompt on the Meetings page make it obvious it is active, and teammates connecting too never sends two recorders to the same call.
