Your plan choice now carries through sign-up
If you pick a plan on a pricing page, the plan step at the end of workspace setup now has that plan selected.

If you pick a plan on a pricing page, the plan step at the end of workspace setup now has that plan selected. Teams that didn't pick one get Starter or Business based on team size, and the much larger Scale plan is never chosen for you.
