When a caller asks an AI sales rep for a quote, the rep now prepares a priced proposal from your products, exactly as it does by email, and the person it reports to gets one clear notification to review or approve it. You can also choose how each member sells (consultative, quick, or no selling), with quick reps switching to a consultative conversation automatically for big teams, and reps no longer hang up on callers who are talking but were not picked up by speech recognition.
