When a test run cannot write a plan for a record, the panel and the summary email now give the reason (record not found, out of AI credits, AI turned off, an incomplete AI reply, the planner not answering in time, or an unexpected error that has been logged for admins) instead of a generic error. Busy or incomplete attempts are retried once automatically.
