Each draft a test run produces now comes back with a rule check (never-say phrases from your playbook and organisation rules, contractions and dashes where your voice bans them, hype words, links off the approved list, invented commitments, a missing next step) shown as pass or fail per rule, and a playbook coverage score with five ticks (an observed fact, an outcome, a proof point, a plan or price, a specific ask). The same checks appear next to emails waiting in Approvals and on the Activity view. A test now always places the call and sends the text when you give a mobile number, reads the first email aloud when no call was planned, keeps the call transcript, and says which channels were not exercised and why. A plan that could not be written now says why. What the member found (company, person, relationship, fit, what is new, still unknown) sits above each plan. A job that messages customers can only be switched to "Do it on its own" once a test on 3 records passed every rule in the last 7 days; until then the choice reads "Run a passing test first". The member card shows the last result ("Tested 27 Oct, 2 of 3 passed"). You can rate each test draft with a thumbs up or down and a note, and notes become "Lessons from tests" in the member's instructions.
