You can make someone an admin of Brand Studio, the Brand Hub, branded templates, portals and insights while keeping them a contributor or a viewer in Workspace Files, and the other way around. Everyone keeps exactly the access they have today: the existing level is copied to both rows, so nothing changes until an admin adjusts it in Settings, Team.
