Automated intake addresses such as your Sales/CRM or accounts inbox were routed mail correctly but never appeared in the mailbox switcher, so there was no way to confirm that a forwarded message actually arrived. They are now listed alongside your own and shared mailboxes, with the same access rules, and they still never change the unread count shown next to Mail.
