Callers can now leave a message when nobody picks up a hand-off
If the AI phone assistant passes a caller to a team member who doesn't answer, the caller is invited to leave a message instead of being hung up on.

If the AI phone assistant passes a caller to a team member who doesn't answer, the caller is invited to leave a message instead of being hung up on. The recording and transcript are saved on that call in your call history, and your team gets one alert per call saying who called and whether they left a message.
