When an order form is signed with no workspace linked, the customer's workspace is created and entitled automatically and a set-password welcome email goes out. Invoices raised from a signed contract are issued immediately with a working Pay Now link instead of waiting as drafts, payments that arrive as Stripe hosted invoices are recorded automatically, and once an enterprise invoice is paid the account activates itself: the contract is marked paid, the workspace and plan are provisioned, the welcome email is sent and the CRM is updated, with a 10-minute retry sweep as the safety net. Self-serve enterprise proposals use the same shared handover and attach the contract to the workspace the signer already works in.
