When you verify call forwarding on a phone number, the check call no longer listens, so a carrier voicemail greeting can never be saved as if a caller said it, and the check is never run through intent detection or lead capture. In call history these calls are now labelled "Forwarding check" so they are easy to tell apart from real conversations.
