Every AI team member now has Duplicate and Save as template. A duplicate or a hire from a template starts with the same role, instructions, tone, authority, autonomy, chat settings, knowledge, booking page, call routing and escalation, and you only pick their name, portrait and voice, number, inbox and department. Templates live in a new Templates tab and can be shared as a code that another workspace or franchise imports. Sales reps can now change role too: you pick who takes over their campaigns, and their sales history stays.
