When you ask your AI Technology manager whether Gmail, a phone line or a workflow is working, it now reads your actual connections, mailbox sync times, phone numbers and the last day of workflow runs instead of guessing. If it cannot see something, it says so. Its daily check now leaves a "Daily system check" entry in Activity every day, and opens a Support ticket for each real failure so it does not stay silent.
